Sales & Sponsorship Coordinator Opportunity

Due to the continued growth in our business, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. Working across a variety of clients and sectors, you will support our events team in securing sponsorships, generating sales and developing client relationships for our conferences, award ceremonies and corporate events.

The position is currently part-time and can be offered on a flexible arrangement where working remotely is possible.

The successful candidate must have a good understanding of the importance of event sponsors/partners to the success of an event & the ability to engage with a range of individual across many organisations. The role is primarily oil and gas focused but also trades/construction so experience / contacts in these areas would be desirable.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Searching for new sponsors – phone calls, meetings, research, existing database etc.
  • Identifying potential sponsorship/partnership opportunities within new projects
  • Liaising with existing sponsors to ensure that they receive the pre-agreed benefits of supporting events
  • Maintaining and updating database for each event/project
