An innovative project developed from the behavioural discovery that honey bees can be used as a natural deterrent to crop raiding elephants has won this year's St Andrews Prize for the Environment.

An audience of more than 500 guests attended the 27th OAA awards ceremony at the AECC, Aberdeen. They saw the best talent in the industry recognised in categories including Great Large and Great Small Company Performance, Export Achievement and Safety Innovation.

2012 was a very successful year for M&G – probably our best so far, in so many ways. On top of significant new business wins, we recruited an additional four members of staff. These inspiring individuals have added yet more impetus to the team’s energy and dynamism – three in our creative team and one in account management, to support continued growth and new business development.
