Straight away it was clear to us that the way Mark and his team made people feel was at the very core of the business. We spent many hours reading through heart-felt testimonials from individuals and families, all thanking the team personally for the difference they had made at a difficult time.
We brought together a smaller number of testimonials that accurately reflected the majority of the feedback, and went on to create a series of simple but powerful press adverts and social media images, each focusing on how Mark and his team had made customers feel.
This idea was developed further for Mark Shaw’s first TV advert, and whilst testimonials were still at the heart of the advert, we introduced peaceful footage of beautiful, easily identifiable areas of Aberdeen. It was important to Mark that we handled the adverts with the same levels of care and compassion that are inherent in his business, and that the subject matter was dealt with sensitively.
