Mearns & Gill has worked closely with the jeweller on their digital marketing strategy and how they can effectively use their website and social media channels to engage with, and help, their customers.

To promote their extensive offering of engagement rings and wedding jewellery, Mearns & Gill compiled and designed an “engagement” survey which would collect data from those who had recently become engaged.

With over 300 taking part, we were able to use this data in blog articles and supporting social media posts to help customers thinking of popping the question by answering the questions they may be having about planning the perfect proposal. This ranged from whether people still ask for the permission of a parent/s to their budget to their plans for the proposal itself. With all answers being strictly confidential, the survey generated a fantastic response, and an incredibly useful resource for planning and executing Jamieson & Carry’s marketing plans surrounding their wedding jewellery offering.
