ASPC advertises throughout the year using various advertising mediums. All adverts remain consistent with the ASPC brand and incorporate clear, simple messaging directed at buyers, sellers and renters.
ASPC wanted to create a seller-specific campaign that would entice potential sellers to list their properties with ASPC. This meant getting across the benefits of listing with ASPC in an emotive and highly engaging way.
This campaign introduced animals to the creative - adding charm and warmth to the ASPC brand while continuing to communicate a strong message to potential buyers, sellers and renters.
Mearns & Gill was delighted to manage a reception at the Music Hall for ASPC’s member firms of solicitors. The event commemorated 50 years of ASPC since its inception on 14 February 1969. This also involved designing a new marque specifically for the occasion.

As the market leader for property advertising in this area, ASPC hosts a number of events to help sellers prepare their property for sale through a local solicitor. Mearns & Gill assists ASPC with management of these events as well as compiling all content and designing advertising materials.
ASPC creates a unique calendar each year which uses striking images from local photographer, Ray Smith. The calendar is made available to all member solicitors, their clients and visitors to ASPC’s centre.
ASPC has a charitable giving policy that provides support to a variety of local causes. This includes sponsoring promotional material and programme designs for Aberdeen Sinfonietta and Grampian Youth Orchestra.
