Empathy, always trying to think about how people might feel, from clients to customers.

Favourite part of working with clients:
Truly understanding what they ned help with, and then helping them.

Proudest project so far:
Running on online awards ceremony for 400 people in lockdown, basically like live TV streamed from our M&G studio, and bringing people together despite the restrictions. I’ll never forget how good to help people celebrate.

Get used to feeling like you’re spinning plates, and then maybe even enjoy it!

I already have them all! I love my mix of clients, and the people I work with, but if I had to choose, it would be a dog charity.
