    Engagement Rate. It can tell what is working and what is not, unlocking huge insight.

    “We don’t want to use [insert digital channel here], it’s not relevant to us”.

    Every digital action is a step on a long walk. One step won’t get you far, but consistent, purposeful movement will. Digital only works when you use it together. Stop expecting big results from one post or one ad; it’s the combined effort.
